Diet plan
Set your goals to get the right diet plan. The plans are flexible: you can exclude the products you don’t like or are allergic to. Whether you are a pescetarian or decided to go veg — it’s not a problem. Just consult your nutrition coach and ask him to correct your plan. You can see recommended products on the list a week ahead and plan your shopping.
Food diary
Once you start tracking the food you eat you’ll see how responsible you become of your body. Be honest and write down everything — so that the coach and you yourself get the full view of your eating habits. This is the only way to start changing them. The calorie counter in the app will show if you exceed the daily calorie limit. It also counts carbs, proteins and fats for all the products.
Online nutrition coach
Coach support is available via chat. You can ask questions about excluding products or substituting one product for another. He can correct your plan if you have some disease, like diabetes or pancreatitis, or are carrying a baby. You can also ask for advice about what to eat on Guilty Pleasure’s Day.
Guilty Pleasure’s Day
It’s the one day in the week, when you can eat whatever you want. The calorie calculator still counts your calories but the daily limit bar is switched off.
